Online Returns & Exchanges

Because of the delicate nature of handmade goods and small business we do not offer refunds for online purchases. 

If your item arrives damaged we will replace the damaged item. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shoppourvida@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damaged item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In Store Returns & Exchanges

If you have purchased something in person from our Venice location, you may exchange many items within 7 days.

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (plants, edibles), custom jewelry, apothecary items and sale items. 

All workshops are non-refundable. In the event of postponement due to low enrollment or emergency, registrations may be transferred to the new date or used as class credit toward the same type of class in the future.
