Our Sage Palm Fan Kits are each hand wrapped using ethically sourced white sage, and a Selenite stick!
Sage wands or “smudge sticks” have been used for thousands of years for spiritual practices of native Americans, greeks and romans. Spiritually, sage is used to expel negative energy, combat stress and bring peace.
To use: light end on fire. Let burn for 10-20 seconds. Gently blow out and let smoke waft through your well ventilated space while fanning into corners of rooms with dried palm, or circling yourself or item with smoke. To extinguish, tap into dirt, sand or fire proof vessel until no longer smoking.
